Under direct supervision from department management, the Office Services employee is responsible for but not limited to, keeping the kitchens and printer areas clean and stocked with supplies, sorting mail, doing cart round mail deliveries, setting up conference rooms, and delivering lunches to attorneys,

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Primary Duties
Keep kitchens clean and stocked, including cleaning microwaves, stoves, coke dispensers, coffee dispensers, cabinets, tables and floors
Empty dishwashers and disperse clean tableware to the proper conference room or kitchen
Maintain fresh coffee in all kitchens
Daily replenishing of small water bottles in reception area
Collect dirty dishes left in offices and/or anyplace they were put down after use and load them in into dishwashers
Keep all conference rooms cleaned and stocked. This includes keeping tabletops, chairs, cabinets and floors clean
Set up for luncheons and clean up afterward
Pick up and deliver lunches
End of day cleanup of kitchens by cleaning out the coffee makers and tea brewer and making sure they are clean and ready, along with the rest of the kitchen, for the next day
Check all conference rooms at end of day, making sure they are all clean and ready for the next day
Secondary Duties
Participate in cart round internal mail deliveries
During cart rounds, individuals are responsible for the floor round(s) assigned to them each day, delivering material to and from offices
Assist with miscellaneous requests regarding office supplies, equipment, furniture, assembly or installation by staff and attorneys
Assist with office moves and set up
Assist with restocking of the firm’s supply area
Interoffice deliveries
Answer Office Services phone line for requests
Sort mail received daily
Send faxes
Prepare outgoing mail
Run downtown and car errands

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: A High School diploma is required.
Experience: Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in related fields, customer service or an administrative setting is required, and 2+ years in relevant experience in related fields, customer service or an administrative setting is preferred.
Computer Skills: Windows, Outlook
Certificates & Licenses: Valid Driver’s License
Other Requirements: Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to communicate effectively and verbally with co-workers and maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Excellent customer service skills.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work environment is in a professional office setting. This work is physical in nature and requires the following physical activities:
Ability to work for long periods of time on your feet
Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing (up to 35 pounds of paper supplies, mail delivery cart, equipment, or furniture)
Frequent standing, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing, kneeling, stooping and walking
Daily physical movement (pickups, deliveries, etc.)
