Office Services AssociateThe Mailroom Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the mailroom by processing, sorting, distributing, and delivering incoming and outgoing mail and packages. This role provides exceptional customer service to employees, clients, and vendors while ensuring the accurate and timely handling of mail, courier shipments, and accountable packages.
The Mailroom Associate maintains operational efficiency, supports shipping and logistics activities, and helps ensure compliance with company policies, carrier requirements, and safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Frequent interaction with employees, clients, vendors, and management. Maintains a professional and customer-focused approach while supporting daily mailroom and shipping operations and ensuring timely resolution of customer requests.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $22.53 - $26.50
