The Headquarters senior associate oversees workplace operations and delivers a high-touch experience for executive leadership meetings, firmwide events, and daily headquarters activities. This role partners with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service, seamless meeting execution, efficient office operations, and a welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors. As the primary liaison between the Marketing Events team and Office Services, the Headquarters senior associate ensures a consistent, streamlined meeting and event experience across the firm's office footprint by aligning planning, operational standards, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Workplace Operations
- Manage day-to-day headquarters operations to ensure a safe, functional, and professional workplace.
- Oversee reception, workplace hospitality, office supplies, common areas, and executive office services.
- Coordinate vendor relationships, facilities maintenance, office improvements, and building management activities.
- Support workplace initiatives, sustainability efforts, and internal communications.
Executive Meetings & Events
- Lead planning and execution of executive leadership meetings, firmwide events, client meetings, and special programs using a high-touch service model.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between the Marketing Events team and Office Services, ensuring consistent execution, communication, and service standards across all offices.
- Partner with business leaders to understand meeting objectives and deliver exceptional meeting experiences.
- Manage meeting scheduling, room logistics, catering, budgets, vendors, and onsite event execution.
- Collaborate with Technology, Catering, Communications, Facilities, Security, and other business partners to ensure seamless meeting and event delivery.
- Establish and promote standardized meeting and event processes, best practices, and service expectations to deliver a consistent experience across the firm's footprint.
Workplace Technology
- Provide onsite audio visual and technology support for meetings, conference rooms, and hybrid collaboration.
- Support workplace technology platforms and coordinate issue resolution with IT.
- Ensure meeting spaces are fully operational and technology-ready.
Safety & Administration
- Serve as the local Office Safety Coordinator, CPR-certified First Responder, and Notary Public.
- Administer visitor access, workplace security systems, and office locker management.
- Support business continuity and workplace readiness initiatives.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in workplace operations, hospitality, executive meetings, or corporate event management
- Strong project management, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high-quality experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and workplace technology platforms.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the professional services industry and familiarity with work request applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety, security, and space planning best practices
Additional Information:
- This role requires working onsite at the Chicago office location.
- Flexibility in schedule and potential travel may be necessary.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $21.75 - $44.50 per hour.
