Now we are looking for an Office Receptionist.

• Greet, assist, and/or direct all visitors including customers, newcomers, clients and vendors to host employees;
• Top management visits/meetings organization;
• Incoming & outgoing correspondence;
• Office related taxi services & transfers;
• Daily security questions, cooperation with security guards;
• Swiped On system daily maintenance;
• Document flow for incoming/outgoing mails & cargo (Post Office, International courier services);
• Assisting other administrative staff with overflow work, including word; processing, data entry and research;
• Additional projects based Office Management needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or student);
• 1 year experience in office management, customer service, administration, or any other related field;
• Fluent Georgian and English language skills (verbal and written);
• High sense of responsibility, punctuality, accuracy, and attention to details;
• The ability to accurately fulfil the direct management orders and work tasks;
• Multitasking- flexible and adaptable approach to work;
• The ability to work independently and in a team.
