We partner with owners, contractors, and public agencies to execute mission-critical work—including major airport projects across the United States.

We are seeking an Office / Project Engineer to support construction operations at DFW International Airport

This role works closely with the Project Manager and acts as a critical link between field operations and project leadership ensuring that all documentation, approvals, and coordination are in place before work begins.

This is not a field-only position The primary focus is on documentation accuracy, coordination, and maintaining workflow through approvals


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track submittals, RFIs, and drawing logs
  • Review blueprints and construction documents for accuracy and coordination
  • Track and ensure approvals are secured prior to field execution
  • Maintain detailed project records, including:
    • Submittal logs
    • RFI logs
    • Daily reports
  • Coordinate across project stakeholders:
    • Project Manager
    • Assistant Project Manager
    • Superintendent
    • QA/QC teams
  • Support project scheduling using tools such as P6, MS Project, or similar
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and approved before work is released to the field

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in construction or civil projects
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Submittals and RFIs
    • Blueprint reading and document coordination
    • Scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active workflows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on airport or large infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with regulated or high-compliance environments
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction management platforms


Salary Description
$60,000-$85,000
