Office / Project Administrator — FASTSIGNS Charlotte

FASTSIGNS Charlotte is hiring an Office / Project Administrator to support our design, sales, production, and management teams. You'll work across the full operation — coordinating with customers, vendors, and staff to keep orders, materials, and information moving.

What You'll Do

• Assist with sales order processing, pre-order collections, AR follow-up, and pickup/delivery/installation coordination
• Purchase, expedite, and track production materials inventory
• Compile and pre-process vendor invoices for payment
• Maintain the e-commerce site and support marketing activities (social media, database mailings, thank-you cards)
• Help with business reports, month-end close-outs, expense tracking, filing, and general administration
• Back up sales staff during peak times, vacations, and sick days

What We're Looking For

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented; a natural multi-tasker
• High energy, reliable, and responsive
• Strong listener and clear communicator (written and verbal)
• Comfortable learning new systems, software, and processes
• Prior administrative, office coordination, or project support experience preferred
