Vision: Where Hope Begins, and Change Is Possible
Mission: North Range Behavioral Health provides compassionate, comprehensive care for people who face mental health and addiction challenges.
Qualifications: About the Role:
At North Range Behavioral Health, every client deserves compassionate, high-quality care, and that care starts with having the right information in the right place at the right time. Our Medical Records team plays an important role in making that possible. By ensuring client records are accurate, complete, secure, and accessible, you’ll help give our clinical teams the information they need to provide coordinated, person-centered care.
As an Office Professional with Medical Records, you’ll be part of a team that values accuracy, confidentiality, organization, and exceptional service. You’ll support the day-to-day management of client health information, including maintaining and reviewing records, processing requests for information, supporting documentation needs, and ensuring information is handled appropriately and in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Your attention to detail will make a difference. You’ll work closely with clinical and administrative teams, helping ensure records are organized, documentation is complete, and information is available when it is needed. You’ll also use sound judgment and discretion when working with sensitive information, knowing that every record represents a real person who has trusted North Range with their care.
At North Range Behavioral Health, some of the most important work happens behind the scenes. Join us and be part of the team, helping make quality behavioral health care possible for the individuals, families, and communities we serve.
This position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.
