QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• One year post secondary training in administrative assistant or computer skills preferred.
• Two years' administrative assistant experience in an educational setting, preferred.
• Knowledge of school policy and procedures.
• Basic office procedures.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communiation skills.
• Record-keeping skkills
• Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, be flexible, and maintain confidentiality.
