The Office Print Global Marketing organization is seeking a strategic and execution-focused NPI Content and Marketing Communications Lead to own and drive the worldwide NPI marketing communications strategy for HP Office Print Solutions. This role is responsible for translating product positioning and go-to-market direction into clear, compelling, and scalable NPI marketing content across digital, retail, and in-market channels to drive awareness, adoption, and business growth.

The ideal candidate brings strong Marcom leadership with a background and solid foundation in traditional product marketing, a deep understanding of B2B communications, and the ability to operationalize strategy into high-impact content and playbooks. This role partners with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistency, clarity, and effectiveness of messaging across channels, audiences, and markets. Strong communication, orchestration, creativity and project leadership skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities:

NPI Marketing Communications Strategy and Execution

  • Own the worldwide NPI marketing communications strategy for Office Print Solutions.
  • Translate product positioning and GTM direction into impactful NPI marketing content through eTail, retail, video, imagery, and hp.com.

Positioning Operationalization and Content Frameworks

  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to operationalize positioning, value propositions, and narratives into scalable Marcom frameworks.

NPI Playbooks and Launch Assets

  • Lead the development of NPI playbooks as a core Marcom deliverable, guiding markets and sales on how to activate messaging and campaigns.
  • Partner with external creative agencies to produce high-quality digital and in-store assets.

Stakeholder, Agency, and Budget Management

  • Drive strong stakeholder and agency communication, clear timelines, and smooth orchestration across all launch milestones.
  • Secure required approvals and manage the Marcom budget with rigor and alignment to company policies.

Strong leadership:

  • Demonstrate a proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage complexity, strategically influence stakeholders, and deliver results under tight timelines.

Collaboration is key:

  • Build strong partnerships across cross-functional teams and display excellent collaboration and problem-solving abilities, contributing to the team's success.

Qualifications:

  • BA in Marketing or related field, MBA or similar preferred.
  • 5-8+ years of proven experience in product marketing, ideally with experience in B2B Communications.
  • Demonstrated success in leading NPI communications, launches, and global marketing content frameworks.
  • Strong ability to translate strategy and positioning into compelling, executable Marcom assets.
  • Experience working with external creative agencies and managing complex production timelines.
  • Flexibility and the ability to pivot when changes occur rapidly.
  • Ability to interface effectively with executive management.
  • Natural curiosity with a passion for translating value propositions into creative content.
  • Self-starter mentality and attention to detail with the ability to manage complexity and urgency.
