Aqua Security is a global leader in cloud-native security, helping some of the world’s largest organizations protect their applications and infrastructure across cloud, containers, Kubernetes, and serverless environments.

We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on, and people-oriented Office & Operations Manager to join our team and take ownership of the day-to-day office experience in Israel.

This is a highly visible role at the heart of our employee experience. You’ll be the go-to person for everything that keeps our office running smoothly — from vendors, facilities, and office logistics to events, employee engagement, and special projects.

What You Will Own

• Own the day-to-day operations and workplace experience of Aqua’s Israeli office, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally
• Serve as the go-to person for employees for day-to-day office needs, questions, and operational requests
• Manage office logistics including supplies, equipment, deliveries, facilities, maintenance, and workplace services
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, including coordination, negotiations, follow-ups, invoices, and ongoing performance
• Own office budgets and operational expenses, ensuring efficient and responsible spending
• Plan and execute employee events, team activities, celebrations, and company gatherings that strengthen connection and engagement
• Partner closely with HR and People teams on employee experience initiatives, onboarding, offboarding, and internal events
• Support company-wide events and operational projects from planning through execution
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the workplace experience and implement creative solutions
• Take ownership of ad-hoc operational and administrative projects, driving them from idea to execution
• Ensure the office is always welcoming, functional, well-organized, and aligned with Aqua’s culture
• Serve as a trusted administrative partner to a senior leader, managing their calendar, coordinating meetings and priorities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a key operational partner to local leadership and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Office Management, Workplace, Operations, People Operations, Administration, or a similar hands-on role
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• A true self-starter with a high sense of ownership — you see what needs to be done and make it happen
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, service-oriented approach
• Experience working with vendors, suppliers, facilities, and external service providers
• Experience planning and executing employee events and company activities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and solution-oriented
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Excellent written and spoken English and Hebrew
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
