Job Description

Qodo is building the leading AI Code Review Platform - helping engineering teams maintain code quality in a world where AI generates code faster than humans can review it. We're a ~100-person team between Tel Aviv, Boston, and NYC, growing fast, and looking for the operational backbone who'll keep the company running smoothly.

About the role:

From office management and employee logistics to travel coordination and IT operations, you'll serve as a central point of contact for keeping our teams productive, supported, and connected. This is a hands-on, service-oriented role for someone who loves solving problems, juggling priorities, and getting things done in a fast-moving startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Facilities Management

  • Day-to-day ownership of our TLV office - vendors, supplies, equipment, maintenance, and the overall vibe
  • Make sure the space is functional, welcoming, and somewhere people actually enjoy showing up to
  • Provide administrative support to Qodo's global offices and hubs (Boston, NYC)

HR Support

  • Supporting HR with the operational/logistical side of company events, happy hours, team-building, and offsites
  • Supporting HR with the operational side of onboarding and offboarding

Travel Oversight

  • Owning the relationship with our travel platform and travel agencies
  • Making sure agencies deliver good service, competitive pricing, and a smooth experience for the team
  • Supporting employees when issues come up

IT Operations Support

  • Owning the operational side of IT across TLV, Boston, and NYC
  • New hire equipment setup, inventory management, vendor relationships
  • First line of support for day-to-day issues, working with external IT providers

Requirements

  • 2-5 years in office administration or operations - ideally in a startup or high-tech environment
  • Native-level Hebrew + business-proficient English

Tech-savviness:

  • Comfortable with Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Notion
  • Curious about AI tools and excited to use them to work smarter - we're an AI company, and we expect everyone (yes, even ops!) to leverage AI in their day-to-day

People & soft skills:

  • A true people person with excellent communication skills and positive energy
  • Can-do attitude with a resourceful, problem-solving mindset
  • Exceptional multitasker who stays calm under pressure
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and service-oriented
