- Coordinate scheduling and usage of office and employee-assigned vehicles to ensure efficient allocation
- Handle vehicle registration, licensing, and related documentation
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and supporting documents
- Monitor vehicle condition and arrange regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Liaise with external partners such as repair providers, and insurance agencies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations related to vehicle usage
- Manage fuel cards, parking permits, and other administrative tasks related to vehicles
- Coordinate transportation needs, including dispatching vehicles for office and staff use
- Track vehicle-related costs, support payments, and prepare basic usage reports

- Daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Ensure smooth coordination of shared office resources across departments
- Provide general administrative support as needed职位要求- Bachelor’s degree or higher, currently enrolled university student or graduate
- Previous experience in multinational or European companies is highly preferred
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office and similar office software applications
- Fluent in German and Chinese (excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills) for workplace communication; proficiency in English is an advantage 投递
