Job Description

Ford Champs will allow to get to now different business areas through 12 to 24 months, while you improve your skills and become a better professional.

As an OGC Ford Champ, you will be responsible for supporting the legal department in corporate governance, contract management, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and local regulations.

What you´ll do:

Legal Reporting: Generate and maintain legal reports, dashboards, and metrics to track the status of pending matters and departmental KPIs.

Internal Control & Compliance: Support internal control processes related to supplier due diligence and the verification of legal documentation.

Contract Drafting: Assist in the drafting, review, and editing of various legal documents, including service agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and amendments.

Legal Research: Conduct research on local laws, regulations, and judicial precedents to support the legal team’s decision-making process.

Corporate Support: Assist in the organization and maintenance of corporate books, powers of attorney, and the digitalization of the company’s legal archive.

Administrative Support: Coordinate signatures, notarization processes, and follow-up on administrative procedures with external law firms or government authorities.

What you´ll need:

  • Active student from any of the last 2 semesters of Laws.
  • 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Civil, Commercial, Labor, or Corporate Law.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for reporting and drafting purposes.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to handle confidential information with high integrity.
