
Office NPI and Launch Readiness Manager
This role is responsible for leading the new NPI and Launch Readiness team for the Office Print business. The role serves as the central coordination point across Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Commercial Organization, Supply Chain, Regions, and Operations to ensure successful introduction of hardware, software, services, and solutions worldwide. The role drives NPI process excellence, launch readiness, sales enablement, strategic introduction planning, and cross-functional execution to ensure products are introduced successfully and consistently across global markets.
Own and operationalize the product introduction engine. Manage the structure, governance, processes, tools, and cross-functional coordination required to successfully bring new products to market. Ensure launches stay on track, risks are managed, stakeholders are aligned, and executives have visibility into launch readiness and decision points.
Lead market-facing product launch execution and stakeholder engagement. Turn product introductions into successful market events. Coordinate launch activities, crafting compelling product narratives, supporting customer and analyst engagement, and ensuring consistent messaging across all external audiences and regions.
Prepare the organization to successfully sell and support new offerings. Ensure that sales, marketing, channel, and regional teams have the knowledge, training, tools, and content needed to drive adoption and revenue. Act as the bridge between product teams and go-to-market organizations to ensure worldwide readiness.
Drive long-term launch planning and portfolio-level market strategy. Optimize timing, sequencing, and coordination across an entire portfolio of products, services, and solutions. Maximize business impact through strategic roadmap alignment, introduction planning, and go-to-market prioritization.
Build organizational capability and drive cross-company alignment. Lead the NPI organization, including team leadership, capability development, process improvement, and executive influence. Serve as the company's expert on launch excellence while driving accountability, consistency, and improved business outcomes across the organization.
The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
