We are recruiting an Office Manager to join our team in Thailand. This role is part of the wider People and Office function and plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our workplace. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, providing organised, proactive support on a variety of tasks, initiatives, and projects. The role combines full Executive Assistant support to one of our senior leaders with operational ownership of the Thailand office, spanning office management, vendor coordination, and support for consulting project teams' client events.

We offer hybrid working, with onsite days three days a week in our Thailand office.
Office Management
Serving as the first point of contact at reception, greeting visitors, answering and screening calls, and managing incoming post and deliveries.
Coordinating outgoing mail and courier shipments and acting as the primary liaison with building management to ensure the office is well-maintained, professional, and fully operational.
Serving as Fire Marshal and First Aider as part of the safety team (training provided if required), and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment and workspace setup for new joiners.
Reviewing and validating employee expense submissions, tracking office spend against budget and supporting the preparation of compliance-related documentation (e.g. tax, social security, insurance renewals) in coordination with the Finance team and external providers.
Executive & Team Support
Assisting the team with calendar management, travel arrangements, internal and external meetings, including coordinating logistics such as catering and equipment.
Serving as Executive Assistant to one of our senior leaders, providing dedicated support with diary management, administrative support, correspondence, and acting as the main point of coordination for their communications.
Coordinating the leader's meetings across regions and time zones where relevant, aligning availability of senior stakeholders.
Supporting the leader's expense reporting and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Client & Internal Event Coordination
Organising internal events such as team offsites, bi-monthly socials, charity initiatives, and wider engagement activities, handling venue sourcing, planning, logistics, and communication of event details.
Partnering with consulting project teams to plan and deliver client-facing events (e.g. briefings, roundtables, receptions), from concept through to on-the-day coordination.
General Administrative Support
Performing any other administrative duties as needed to support the smooth running of the office and the wider team.
What you will bring
2+ years of prior Office Management experience, or related transferable skills
2+ years of supporting senior executive-level professionals in an executive assistant capacity
Able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and composed
Welcoming and personable
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Diary management skills
Efficient, reliable, pro-active and with a solutions-focused mindset
Excellent communication skills, including fluency in spoken and written English
Ability to multi-task and good organisational skills able to stay on top of knowledge management and be detail oriented
