FabricAir is looking for an experienced and highly dependable Office Manager to support our Spanish organisation.
This is a broad and varied role for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, creating structure and getting things done. The individual tasks may be very different in nature, but together they are important to the smooth running of our Spanish operation.
The position is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, normally distributed across four weekdays.
The position reports to our Finance Director in Denmark, while your daily work will bring you into contact with colleagues, customers, suppliers and external partners in Spain.
As Office Manager, you will be a trusted point of contact for a wide range of administrative and operational matters.
Your responsibilities span the day-to-day running of the office and coordination with external service providers, as well as finance-related administration such as customer invoicing and documentation, payment follow-up, banking matters and expense documentation.
The role also includes local HR administration and employee documentation, insurance and compliance-related administration, and practical coordination around deliveries, suppliers and other business needs.
You should therefore enjoy moving comfortably between different types of tasks and taking ownership of ensuring that matters are followed through. You will have access to confidential financial, employee and business information, making discretion, sound judgement and integrity essential.
Your exact background and previous title matter less than your ability to take ownership, work independently and understand what needs to happen next.
You are comfortable with numbers and administrative processes and have sufficient business understanding to handle tasks involving invoices, payments, documentation and external partners. You do not need to be an accountant, but you should be confident working with finance-related administration.
Most importantly, you are someone people can rely on. You are structured, service-minded and comfortable handling both routine tasks and unexpected matters.
You are fluent in both Spanish and English, verbally and in writing, have solid digital skills and handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
