What Your Day Might Look Like

• Keep the office running: Manage daily operations — supplies, cleanliness, and general upkeep of the space.
• Coordinate with vendors: Work with suppliers, contractors, and the building landlord to resolve issues quickly and smoothly.
• Stay organised: Maintain and structure company documents (contracts, records) in shared systems like Google Drive.
• Support HR processes: Monitor attendance records and assist with basic HR administration when needed.
• Manage communication flow: Handle the shared inbox and route requests to the right people.
• Handle recurring tasks: Organise seasonal activities (e.g. corporate gifts) and coordinate regular services (HVAC, pest control, safety checks).
• Support day-to-day needs: Assist with small administrative and operational requests, including occasional support to the CEO.
• Manage expenses: Handle petty cash and company card usage for office-related needs.

Requirements

Your Superpowers 🚀

• 2+ years of experience in an Office Manager, Administrative, or Executive Assistant role.
• Strong organisational skills — you keep things structured and nothing falls through the cracks.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly and prioritise effectively.
• High level of reliability and discretion.
• Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, email, and Excel.
• Good command of English.
• A practical, collaborative mindset — you get things done without overcomplicating them.
