Our products combine computer vision and machine learning technology with best-in-class UX design to create new clinical pathways through smartphone-powered urinalysis and beyond. Headquartered in Tel Aviv with 30 employees across the US as the main markets the company operates in.

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and energetic Office Manager to join our team for a maternity leave cover position.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and supporting a variety of operational and administrative processes across the organization. You will work closely with employees, managers, vendors, and global teams to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and contribute to an efficient and positive workplace experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, resourceful, and proactive, enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating order and enabling others to do their best work.

What You'll Do

Office Management & Operations

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Tel Aviv office and ensure a smooth and welcoming work environment.
• Manage all day-to-day office operations, including office maintenance, cleaning services, kitchen management, food and office supply orders, vendor relationships, deliveries, and overall workplace organization.
• Manage office contracts, renewals, insurance policies, and ongoing administrative processes.
• Coordinate company travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, and travel budgets.
• Partner with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient office operations.
• Administrative work with partners

Employee Experience & Welfare

• Support the planning and execution of company events, team gatherings, offsites, holiday celebrations, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
• Help create a positive employee experience and foster an engaging workplace culture.

HR Administration

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Office Management or similar role within a high-tech company is preferred, including experience managing office operations, vendors, budgets, business travel, and exposure to HR processes.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent multitasking and project coordination abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and a hands-on approach.

Additional Information

This is a maternity leave cover position for approximately 9 months.
