As our Office Manager with a meaningful finance focus, you will ensure seamless day-to-day operations, while helping us cultivate our core culture: Love what you do.
We’re looking for an Office Manager to join our team and help us create a smooth, efficient, and welcoming work environment as we continue to grow. This role is suited for a highly organized and proactive professional who excels in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You will drive structure, accuracy, and operational efficiency across Finance, HR and IT processes , and office management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while supporting the HR, Finance, and Office operations.
Your work will have a direct impact on employee experience, team productivity, and the overall effectiveness of our office operations.
Finance Coordination Support & Billing & Cost Preparation
Organize and validate documentation for month-end closing
Liaise with external accountants and service providers
Prepare monthly payroll inputs (leaves, variable elements, updates)
Support personnel cost tracking and reporting
Maintain structured documentation for finance reconciliation
HR & Administrative Operations
Maintain employee documentation, contracts, and HR records
Manage onboarding and offboarding administrative processes
Ensure compliance with local labour law and internal policies
Maintain HR systems and employee master data
Prepare documentation and official employee confirmations
Coordinate health insurance registrations and updates
Support daily office management activities
Coordinate suppliers, maintenance requests, and service providers
Assist in invoice tracking and documentation
Support event logistics and internal initiatives when required
Ensure smooth administrative workflows across teams
Set up/reset assign, and revoke laptops for new hires and exiting employees
3–5 years of experience in HR administration, finance support, or office management
Strong organizational and documentation skills
High attention to detail and process discipline
Comfortable working with numbers and financial documentation
Experience interacting with external providers (accountants, insurers, vendors)
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Structured and methodical approach to work
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a dynamic IT/engineering environment
Hands-on attitude with a strong sense of ownership
Self-starter with high initiative and drive
Proud of delivering high-quality office management and operational support
