As our Office Manager with a meaningful finance focus, you will ensure seamless day-to-day operations, while helping us cultivate our core culture: Love what you do.

What do we need from you?

We’re looking for an Office Manager to join our team and help us create a smooth, efficient, and welcoming work environment as we continue to grow. This role is suited for a highly organized and proactive professional who excels in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You will drive structure, accuracy, and operational efficiency across Finance, HR and IT processes , and office management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while supporting the HR, Finance, and Office operations.

Your work will have a direct impact on employee experience, team productivity, and the overall effectiveness of our office operations.

What you will be doing

  • Finance Coordination Support & Billing & Cost Preparation

  • Organize and validate documentation for month-end closing

  • Liaise with external accountants and service providers

  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs (leaves, variable elements, updates)

  • Support personnel cost tracking and reporting

  • Maintain structured documentation for finance reconciliation

  • HR & Administrative Operations

  • Maintain employee documentation, contracts, and HR records

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding administrative processes

  • Ensure compliance with local labour law and internal policies

  • Maintain HR systems and employee master data

  • Prepare documentation and official employee confirmations

  • Coordinate health insurance registrations and updates

  • Support daily office management activities

  • Coordinate suppliers, maintenance requests, and service providers

  • Assist in invoice tracking and documentation

  • Support event logistics and internal initiatives when required

  • Ensure smooth administrative workflows across teams

  • Set up/reset assign, and revoke laptops for new hires and exiting employees

What we are looking for

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR administration, finance support, or office management

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

  • High attention to detail and process discipline

  • Comfortable working with numbers and financial documentation

  • Experience interacting with external providers (accountants, insurers, vendors)

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

  • Structured and methodical approach to work

  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic IT/engineering environment

  • Hands-on attitude with a strong sense of ownership

  • Self-starter with high initiative and drive

  • Proud of delivering high-quality office management and operational support

  • Thrives in fast-growing and evolving environments
