We’re looking for an Office Manager who is excited to join our passionate, authentic and courageous team. Responsibilities of an Office Manager:
● Overseeing employees to ensure they submit paperwork in a timely manner.● Occasionally answering calls and emails from customers and vendors and directing them to relevant staff if needed● Monitoring and ordering inventory● Previous basic accounting experience including A/P and A/R ● Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a professional image and demeanor● Maintains and controls the paper flow of work orders, time sheets, time cards, and personnel records● Assumes responsibility for all office-related tasks● Support the Management Team in daily administrative functions● Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures● Ensure all job files are properly audited and contain all required documentation● Assist owner with other tasks as needed
Requirements: ● High school diploma● Proven experience as an Office manager or Administrative assistant● Experience in Restoration is preferred● Competency with Microsoft Office Suite● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Experience in trade shows, event planning or community outreach.

Schedule: Full-time, this is an in office position however a hybrid schedule will be considered for the right candidate, Monday-Friday from 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. Pay: $45,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
