The Office Manager is responsible for inspiring and guiding a talented team to deliver outstanding patient care. By creating a culture of coaching, accountability, and continuous development, the Office Manager ensures every patient enjoys an extraordinary experience. This individual collaborates closely with executive leadership and doctors to maintain the highest standards of service and operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Champion and strengthen the positive office culture
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members with daily feedback
• Hold employees accountable to organizational standards and SOPs
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture future team members
• Partner with doctors and leadership to enhance the patient experience
• Oversee office performance, staffing, scheduling, and operational excellence
• Resolve patient concerns professionally and compassionately
• Lead office meetings, drive continuous improvement, and maintain operational proficiency—including stepping into frontline roles as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Leadership or management experience developing successful teams
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and emotional intelligence

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field
• Leadership experience in healthcare, hospitality, luxury retail, or another service-focused environment
• Previous optical/eye care experience is a plus but not required.
