Job Description

This is not your average “order the milk and book a meeting room” role.

This is the kind of role where you’re the glue, the organiser, the fixer, the person who somehow knows where everything is and who to talk to when things get weird (which, in IT, happens more often than we’d like to admit).

Who we are:

First Focus is Australia’s best Managed Service Provider (MSP), with around 400 technical professionals across Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines. We’ve been growing for more than 15 years by consistently winning new clients and raising the bar on what an MSP should be.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is down to earth, organised and enthusiastic
  • Is tech savvy, and isn't afraid to try something new (AI literacy is a big bonus)
  • Loves being around people
  • Relates strongly to our values
  • Has experience in a similar role and
  • Has easy access to our office in Queen Street (we know that the traffic is like and this role is based in the office)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Help manage our Melbourne office (and assist with branch offices in other states)
  • Support our executive team in areas like scheduling and communications
  • Be a positive influence in the office - employee happiness is very important to us!
  • Organise travel, events and social functions
  • Manage our Fleet of Teslas
  • Catch those curve balls when they come
