
Immaculate Heart of Mary School, located in Towson, Maryland, is seeking a full‑time, qualified Office Manager. The Office Manager will perform a wide range of administrative and office‑support activities for the school office.
Essential Functions:
Manage Student Information System (SIS) for the school
Manage Google Workspace for faculty and staff
Maintain VIRTUS database and ensure compliance
Oversee maintenance and front‑desk personnel
Coordinate with outside contracted service personnel
Greet office visitors in a friendly manner
Provide information and support to parents, students, and staff as needed
Assist in solving school and office problems with clarity and positivity
Collaborate with office staff to find solutions to parent inquiries
Maintain student and personnel records
Answer and assist with incoming office calls in a friendly, positive manner
Sort and distribute incoming mail
Assist with Admissions as needed
Order supplies for faculty, staff, and the school
Collaborate with the Business Manager on deposits and purchase documentation
Oversee documentation for hiring new employees
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2–5 years of administrative support experience preferred
Proficiency in Google applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to participate in ongoing training
Ability to work as part of a flexible, adaptable team
Effective problem‑solving, prioritization, and decision‑making skills
Pay Range: $45,000 - $50,000, Annualized
