NEXO Técnico es una firma de ingeniería estructural y construcción especializada con más de 18 años sirviendo clientes farmacéuticos, comerciales y gubernamentales en Puerto Rico. Estamos creciendo y buscamos a la persona que se convierta en el centro de gravedad administrativo de nuestra operación.

El Rol: Buscamos un/a Office Manager que tome ownership de la oficina, los procesos administrativos y el ritmo operativo del equipo. Esta persona será responsable de que la oficina funcione... punto. Desde la imagen profesional del espacio hasta la coordinación de nómina, onboarding de personal nuevo, y enlace con nuestro equipo contable y legal externo.

No buscamos a alguien que espere instrucciones. Buscamos a alguien que identifique lo que falta, lo escale al nivel correcto, y lo ejecute.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Coordinación de nómina con equipo contable remoto y ADP.
  • Onboarding y offboarding de personal (expedientes, orientación, documentación).
  • Gestión de la oficina: imagen, suministros, archivo físico y digital.
  • Enlace con firmas externas de contabilidad y legal.
  • Soporte en compliance de RRHH (documentación, expedientes, políticas).
  • Coordinación administrativa del equipo de soporte (contabilidad, asistentes).
  • Gestión de beneficios y seguros del personal.

Lo que buscamos

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en rol administrativo con responsabilidad de nómina y/o RRHH.
  • Experiencia con ADP o sistema de nómina equivalente (preferido).
  • Organización impecable.
  • Capacidad de manejar múltiples prioridades sin perder detalle.
  • Comunicación profesional en español e inglés.
  • Dominio de herramientas digitales (Google Workspace, Excel).
  • Actitud de ownership: "si se cayó, lo recojo... no espero a que me digan."


Plus (no requerido): Experiencia en empresas de construcción o ingeniería. Familiaridad con procesos de compliance laboral en PR. Experiencia con QuickBooks o sistemas contables.

Compensación:

  • Salario competitivo basado en experiencia ($35,000 a $52,000 anual).
  • Plan Médico: Reembolso hasta $200 contra factura.

Ubicación: Presencial en San Juan, PR. Esta posición requiere presencia en oficina. No es remota.
