About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic, highly organized, and people-centered Office Manager & Employee Experience Specialist to be the heart of our workplace. This role combines hands-on operational excellence with creative initiatives that elevate our team’s day-to-day experience — from office logistics to employee engagement and culture-building programs.
Responsibilities
Office & Operations Management
- Oversee all aspects of office management, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment.
- Manage vendor relationships, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate logistics for in-office and hybrid work (meeting rooms, travel, facilities, etc.).
- Support budget management for office operations and events.
- Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day operational needs.
Employee Experience & Culture
- Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and celebrations.
- Partner with HR to support onboarding and off-boarding processes.
- Champion initiatives that strengthen engagement, inclusion, and belonging.
- Gather feedback through employee surveys and help translate insights into action.
- Be the “pulse” of the company — identify opportunities to improve morale and experience.
Internal Communications & Community
- Support internal communications (e.g., all-hands, newsletters, Slack updates).
- Celebrate milestones and highlight employee achievements.
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and fun company culture.
Support People & Operations Projects
- Assist with HR and operations initiatives such as wellness programs, policy rollouts, and process improvements.
- Contribute to creating an exceptional employee journey from hire to alumni.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in office management, operations, or people experience roles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Creative thinker with a passion for building community and engagement.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy — experience with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and HRIS platforms.
