TIMEKEEPING: ENTERING EXCEPTION LOGS INTO PAYROLL SYSTEM, REVIEW EMPLOYEE TIMECARDS WEEKLY BEFORE PAYROLL CLOSING TO ENSURE ACCURACY.
UPDATES EMPLOYEE SCHEDULES.
AUTHORIZED SIGNATORY – AUTHORIZING NEW AIRPORT ID’S, RENEWALS, AND TERMINATION OF BADGES. HANDLES EMPLOYEE AIRPORT VIOLATIONS.
HANDLES PASSENGER COMPLAINTS AND DIRECTS THEM TO THE PROPER MANAGER.
ASSIST EMPLOYEES WITH PAYROLL ISSUES AND CORRECTIONS.
PROCESS ATTENDANCE POINTS WEEKLY AND WORK WITH MGRS ON ACCURACY
PROCESS MAIL. SHIP TABLETS FOR REPAIR.
PROCESS STATION BILLING DAILY AND MONTHLY INVOICES.
WORKS WITH GM’S WITH REPORTS AND DAILY BILLING NUMBERS AND ALL PROJECTS THEY NEED ASSISTANCE WITH.
PROCESS UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIMS.
ISSUE RTD PASSES
WORK WITH WORK COMP ADJUSTOR PROVIDING PAYROLL AND TIMECARD INFORMATION FOR INJURED EMPLOYEES.
PROCESS SICK CALLS FROM SICK LINE TO EMPLOYEE TIMECARD.
PROCESS UNIFORM ORDERS AND OFFICE SUPPLY ORDERS.
CLEANS OFFICE (VACCUMING, TRASH, BATHROOM)
OVERSEE ADMINS TO VERIFY PROJECTS AND DAILY TASKS.
