Position Summary

Window World is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead and support our growing operation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing an office within the home improvement, remodeling, or construction industry.

This position oversees a small team of office professionals responsible for customer service, permitting, product ordering, product receiving, payroll processing, and accounts receivable. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while fostering a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Manage the daily activities of office staff.
• Hire, coach, train, and develop team members as needed.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing training initiatives.
• Foster a professional, productive, and customer-focused work environment.

Operations Management

• Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, policies, and services.
• Ensure adherence to company processes and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain an organized, efficient, and professional office environment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reports.

Customer Service

• Resolve customer concerns by identifying root causes, coordinating solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and responsiveness.

Administrative Oversight

Provide oversight and support for:

• Customer Service
• Permitting
• Product Ordering
• Product Receiving
• Payroll Processing
• Accounts Receivable
• Appointment Scheduling

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of office management experience, preferably within the construction, remodeling, or home improvement industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with office systems, reporting, and administrative processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
