We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to provide essential support to our Operations Leadership Team and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our Brisbane Support Office.

This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Operations Leadership Team, including:

• Oversee smooth day-to-day office operations
• Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and catering
• Manage team travel bookings
• Drive workplace engagement initiatives
• Provide general administrative support as needed
