We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team in Charlottesville, VA. This position is fully onsite and will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, accounting processes, and administrative functions.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, confident working independently, and comfortable managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Process invoices accurately and timely
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Reconcile accounts and assist with bookkeeping functions
Maintain organized financial and office records
Assist with vendor communication and payment tracking
Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
Assist leadership with reporting and special projects as needed
