Job Description

ERM N.V. is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment for our team.

Job Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed and optimizing cost-effectiveness.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and senior management.
* Oversee general office upkeep, including liaising with building management and external vendors for maintenance and repairs.
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls, directing inquiries appropriately.
* Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring data security and accessibility.
* Assist with onboarding new employees, including workstation setup and initial administrative support.
* Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks as required.
* Organize company events, meetings, and social gatherings.
* Manage office budget for supplies and minor expenses, tracking expenditures.
* Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.

Job Qualifications

* Proven experience (3+ years) as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
* Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
* Experience with office budgeting and vendor management is a plus.
* A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
