At Pest USA, we've been delivering trusted pest and termite control solutions since 1971. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and people-focused Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be more than just an operations lead - you'll be the foundation of our customer experience and the voice of leadership within the office.
The Office Manager plays a critical role in ensuring our administrative team operates smoothly, efficiently, and with a deep commitment to customer satisfaction. You'll provide day-to-day direction and mentorship to your team, help build a supportive and positive office culture, and ensure that every interaction-whether over the phone or in person-reflects the professionalism and care Pest USA is known for.
Your day will be filled with a variety of responsibilities, from coaching staff and managing office workflow to answering high-volume calls and solving customer concerns with empathy and efficiency. You'll maintain accurate account records, assist with technician and sales scheduling, oversee accounts receivable and payment processing, and respond to service messages and escalations with poise and professionalism. Every task you take on will contribute to a seamless experience for both customers and your coworkers.
Success in this position means having strong leadership instincts, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a natural ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. You're comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Adobe, and if you've worked with PestPac software before, that's a bonus. Most importantly, you take pride in your ability to create solutions and deliver exceptional service at every turn.
This is a full-time, in-office position that requires sitting or standing for extended periods and occasional light lifting. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a drug screening and 7-year background check.
We offer competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with company match, affordable life and short-term disability coverage, and access to supplemental benefits.
If you're ready to lead a team, create a positive impact, and help drive an excellent customer experience from behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you. Join Pest USA and help us raise the standard of service every single day.

Family owned and operated since 1971, Team Pest USA has been the Southeast's pest prevention team for our customers and partners to protect their families, homes and businesses using the most effective and environmentally responsible methods available on the market today. Headquartered in the Southeast, and part of many local communities, we provide services in 3 states and are one of the largest, family-owned companies in the country. Our longevity, strength and stability provide our customers with the assurance we will be here whenever they need us.
Team Pest USA introduced our proprietary Pest Guard System in 1996. It represents a company-wide commitment to providing the most effective solutions for our customers while caring for our environment at the same time. Pest Guard goes beyond pest and termite control. It goes beyond the property line. It focuses every member of our team on providing our clients and their customers with a healthier home, business, and community.
We are active members within the communities where we live and work and are deeply involved in industries that affect our customers’ health and property. Additionally, we are proud of our leadership in state pest control associations, local and state Realtor and Home Builder associations, CAI, and the building owners and managers association (BOMA).
Team Pest USA is a full-service pest and termite control company. The foundation of our Pest Guard System is Integrated Pest Management or (IPM) which is widely accepted as the most environmentally friendly approach to pest control. IPM is a straight-forward three-step process including inspection to pinpoint pest issues; identification of not only the pest, but the root cause of the problem, and treatment only when and where necessary to alleviate the problem and prevent future recurrence.
At Pest USA, it is all about our TEAM.
