Your Role

As an Office manager, you'll be our point of contact across a wide range of areas — partnering with external support functions where it makes sense, and independent capabilities in-house where it counts. You'll be just as comfortable thinking through how our operations should be structured a year from now as you are making sure today's employees’ travels are booked, or tomorrow's leadership meetings all just work.

What you will be doing

• Lead core operational infrastructure for an independent company as travel & expense systems
• Act as Facetune’s main point of contact with the Operations and Employee Experience teams, coordinating on facilities, events, and other workplace services to ensure Facetune’s needs are communicated and addressed.
• Support People operations: coordinating onboarding for new hires, running employee surveys, and handling day-to-day administrative work.
• Provide executive support to company leadership — managing calendars, coordinating complex meetings with external stakeholders, and producing clear, well-contextualized summaries of leadership discussions.
• Reporting to Facetune's Chief of Staff.

Your skills and experience

• Proven experience in an operations, business generalist, or executive support role in a fast-paced environment.
• A true generalist mindset — equally energized by strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across external partners and internal leadership.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Sharp listening and comprehension skills — you can sit in a leadership meeting and produce a summary that actually captures what mattered.
• Genuine curiosity about technology and product.
• Excellent written and spoken Hebrew and English.
• Passion for AI tools for transcription, summarization, or knowledge management.
• Nice to have: familiarity with People/HR tools (e.g., HiBob) or experience in a spin-off/separation environment.
