About the Opportunity:
We are a growing water damage, mold remediation, and property restoration company serving Southwest Florida, and we are looking for an exceptional Office Administrator / Customer Service Coordinator to become a key member of our team.

You will be the central point of communication between our customers, field technicians, field management, and office operations Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and keep jobs moving will directly impact our customers’ experience and our company’s success.
Restoration is a fast-paced business. Our customers are often calling because something unexpected has happened to their home or property. We need someone who can remain calm, compassionate, organized, and professional while gathering the right information and helping our team respond quickly.
