We are looking for an organized, proactive, and people-focused Office Manager to join our team. In this role , you will ensure smooth day-to-day office operations in our Tel Aviv Office

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive and welcoming work environment.
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, cleaning, and maintenance services.
• Handle office supplies, equipment needs, shipping, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with IT, HR, and Finance on logistics, onboarding needs, and space planning.
• Organize in office company events, meetings, and in-office experiences (meals, birthdays, holiday décor).
• Serve as the main point of contact for visitors and office inquiries.
• NetSuite's day to day operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in office management
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, or similar platforms.
• High attention to detail and a “no-task-too-small” attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to create a warm, fun, and professional environment.
