Compensation: $50,000/year + monthly performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth: Follow up on all outstanding estimates, close sales, upsell additional services when appropriate, and help achieve the company's weekly and monthly revenue goals.

Schedule work and coordinate daily with the Craftsmen team

Keep Craftsmen schedules up to date and fully booked

Order and confirm materials for jobs

Check on job progress throughout the day to keep projects on track

Conduct quality control follow-ups after work is completed

Follow up on estimates and ensure customer communication is timely

Collect deposits and confirm billing accuracy

Handle potential conflicts professionally and resolve them quickly
- Ensure smooth communication between the office, customers, and field team

Qualifications
- Strong telephone, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM systems

Multiple years of experience in customer service, Sales, office management, or scheduling role preferred
- Knowledge of home repair or light remodeling is a plus
