Sir Bobby Robson School
Sir Bobby Robson School is looking for an exceptional Office Manager to lead our busy school office and build on existing good practice. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the school, overseeing systems, supporting a small team and ensuring everything behind the scenes works smoothly so that staff can focus on teaching and pupils can thrive.
We are a specialist school for pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. As such, our office plays a crucial role in maintaining a calm, well-organised and supportive environment for pupils, families and staff. If you are organised, proactive and thrive on making things work better, we would love to hear from you.
You will lead and manage the front office and administrative team, ensuring that the school operates efficiently on a day-to-day basis and that systems, processes and communications are effective and reliable. You will provide high-quality support to the Headteacher and staff and will be the driving force behind a professional and welcoming front office for all who visit or contact the school.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in running things efficiently and improving them, who can lead, organise and get the best from others. You will remain calm, focused and solution-driven in a busy environment, with excellent attention to detail and high professional standards. You will be confident in building positive relationships with staff, parents and visitors, and committed to delivering a consistently high-quality service.
This is a key role within a supportive school, offering the opportunity to shape and improve how the office operates and to work closely with the Headteacher. You will be part of a welcoming team and a school community where your work will have a visible impact every day.
