The opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join the More team on a 6 month contract basis, covering a parental leave break. The Office Manager plays a key role in supporting the smooth running of our business including administrative, operational, and coordination tasks. This role supports both the executive office and broader workplace environment, while also managing corporate travel, event planning, and day-to-day office tasks. The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and capable of managing competing priorities with professionalism and engagement.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Chief of Staff or Office Manager.
• Experience managing corporate travel and coordinating events of varying scale.
• Familiarity with office operations, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.

• High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar/email management tools.

• Experience with or willingness to learn AI productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) to enhance executive support, streamline workflows, and improve task efficiency.
