Job Description

Since 2012, our client has been developing a scalable SaaS platform and a range of digital products, establishing itself as a reliable market partner. The company focuses on continuous technological development, architectural sustainability, and high team autonomy. It specializes in creating innovative turnkey and white-label solutions for iGaming operators, integrating top gaming products, and supporting clients throughout the licensing process in the iGaming industry. Its deep expertise has enabled successful project launches across multiple international markets. The team consists of 400+ professionals working in a distributed format across two offices in Central and Eastern Europe.

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to support daily office operations, ensuring a productive and comfortable work environment. The successful candidate will coordinate administrative tasks, manage office supplies, liaise with vendors, and assist in organizing company events and meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Basic understanding of finance and procurement processes is a plus.
  • Fluent English; knowledge of Russian or other languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Organize company meetings, events, and team activities.
  • Support onboarding process of new employees regarding office logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist other departments with administrative tasks.
