We are seeking someone who will be a reliable partner for our employees and will actively contribute to the efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a comfortable, clean, and orderly office environment.
• Creating an environment conducive to a positive mood and employee engagement.
• Managing document flow, correspondence, and office supplies.
• Controlling and planning the office budget.
• Organizing and supporting visits by international colleagues.
