Oversee office operations and projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors while tracking budgets and invoices
Maintain a professional, welcoming office environment, managing supplies, travel support, mail, and vendor relationships
Lead the organisation of company events and team socials, alongside supporting sales and marketing activities such as merchandise logistics
A transparent progression structure with regular feedback, performance development, and clear opportunities to grow your career
A strong focus on learning, including structured onboarding, close mentoring for new joiners, and internal training sessions led by senior management
Access to external, industry recognised training, with time set aside and courses funded to support your ongoing professional development and specialisation
Bring at least three years’ experience in office administration, supported by a post-secondary qualification in a relevant discipline
Communicate confidently and build strong working relationships across an international team
Enjoy taking ownership, staying organised, and proactively improving how an office runs
Salary: $56,000 – $61,000
Location: Victoria, BC (in-office, Monday to Friday, full-time or part-time)
