The Mission:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Office Manager to keep our Barcelona headquarters operating efficiently.

The Role:

As our Office Manager, you will play a central role in the Barcelona office, ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day. You will foster a great workplace experience, oversee key logistics, and maintain an efficient, organized, and welcoming environment for the team.

  • Facilities & Operations:Act as the primary contact for maintenance, security, cleaning services, and repairs to keep our workspace in top condition.

  • Experience & Hospitality:Greet visitors and vendors with a professional, upbeat attitude, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at reception.

  • Office Logistics:Monitor and manage inventory for office supplies, stationery, and kitchen/breakroom essentials.

  • Events & Culture:Lead the planning and execution of in-house and off-site company events, social gatherings, and celebrations.

  • Executive Support:Provide administrative assistance to senior leadership, including document preparation and report management.

  • Coordination:Manage meeting room schedules and oversee travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transport) for the team and leadership.

What we need:

  • Experience: Solid experience in administrative or support roles; previous Office Management experience in a startup setting is an advantage

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish

  • Mindset: Proactive, highly organized multitasker with a positive, solution-oriented attitude and a professional, approachable presence
