Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Office Manager to support smooth day-to-day operations and help our Lapitopa team stay productive and connected in Limassol

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage daily office operations and supplies

  • Coordinate vendors, maintenance and office services

  • Uphold company policies related to office procedures and health & safety standards.

  • Organise meetings, travel and internal events

  • Assist with onboarding and employee experience

  • Provide ad-hoc support to management

  • Support team with administrative tasks

WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant or similar role

  • Fluent English and Greek, both written and spoken

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills

  • Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
