Okoora is building the global infrastructure for embedded FX. Our platform powers multi currency operations for businesses around the world, and our infrastructure layer is becoming the standard that platforms depend on for FX.

About the Role

We’re looking for an Office Manager to own the day-to-day operations of our HQ and create an exceptional employee and visitor experience. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the company.

Note: This is a full-time, on-site role.

What You Will Own

Office Operations

Run daily office operations, vendor management, procurement, and equipment lifecycle.

Employee Experience

Manage onboarding/offboarding logistics and be the go-to for employee needs.

Events

Plan and execute internal company events.

Hosting & Front of House

Host customers and partners, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.

CEO Support

Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and travel logistics.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years of experience in office management or operations (startup – advantage)
  • Highly organized, execution-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Service-minded, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Strong English (written & verbal)
  • Discreet and trustworthy
