Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our pediatric dental practice in Trophy Club, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, dental office management experience, and the ability to maintain efficient workflows while supporting a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the dental office
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and front office staff
- Support billing, insurance verification, and collections processes
- Assist with HR-related tasks including onboarding, scheduling, and staff coordination
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
- Monitor office performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain excellent patient experience and communication with families
- Coordinate with the doctor and leadership team on operational needs

Qualifications
- Previous dental office management experience required (pediatric dentistry preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and scheduling workflows
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
