What You Will Do

• Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient processes.
• Manage communication and collaboration tools, specifically utilizing Notion and Slack to enhance team productivity.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and team activities, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies that align with company goals.
• Support the team by managing office supplies and resources, optimizing inventory levels.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, enhancing company communication.
• Contribute to the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company culture.

Ideal Candidate Background
