Who are you?

We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Office Manager to ensure the smooth daily operations of our office while creating a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

What will you be doing:

• Caring for our guests and employees, both in person and via phone or email

• Make people feel at home at our office

• Arrange business trips, flights, visa, hotels, etc. for employees

• (Assist in) Organising customer or/and company events.

• Assist in on- and offboarding employees

• Assist HR in scheduling appointments for candidates

• Manage contracts with office-suppliers and hotels

• Assist in ELT’s schedule and meetings

• Arrange office facilities and keep office in the right shape

• Ordering office supplies including furniture, phone, laptop, food and drinks.

• Other administrative tasks

• Coordinate BHV organisation

Requirements

• Hospitality is your second nature

• You enjoy handling a very broad range of tasks

• You have good time management skills

• You enjoy organising (business trips, events, etc)

• You have ownership, always go an extra mile for customers and colleagues.

• You have good English and Dutch skills, both verbally and in writing

• You have knowledge in MS office software
