About the role:
We're 120+ people and growing fast — and as we scale, the way we experience our workplace matters more than ever. We're investing heavily in our office environment, internal events and culture, and we need a dedicated person to own it.
As our first Office Manager, you'll be the backbone of our Stockholm office — making sure everything runs smoothly day to day, leading the practical execution of our move to a new office space, and partnering with our People team to build a workplace and culture we're all proud of. This is a high-ownership role where you'll set the standard for how we operate at our headquarters.
What you’ll do
Office Operations
Own the day-to-day running of our Stockholm office — facilities, access systems, meeting rooms, and everything in between
Be the primary point of contact for our office building and external vendors
Keep track of supplier contracts, invoices, budget and planning with full visibility and ownership
Lead the practical execution of our upcoming office move, ensuring a smooth transition into our new space
Take ownership of our new office space, create new ways of working, processes and continuously improve the office experience as we grow
People & Workplace environment
Plan and execute internal events - from team lunches and after-works to larger company-wide events
Partner closely with Operations and the People team to drive culture initiatives and create a great office environment for everyone
Take full ownership of the practical side of our people and culture calendar, ensuring everything runs seamlessly as we grow
Who you are:
You're highly organised and proactive — you spot problems before they become issues
You take full ownership and follow through without needing to be chased
You're a people person who thrives in a fast-paced, social environment
You have experience managing office operations, events, or facilities — ideally in a scale-up or tech environment
You're comfortable managing vendors, budgets, and logistics simultaneously
You're fluent in Swedish and English

Tandem Telehealth is a virtual mental health organization that provides therapy and medication management services to patients in Virginia. We take a proactive approach to patient care by fostering strong relationships with primary care, urgent care, and various medical providers. Through our well-established referral network, we create a seamless transition for patients from their primary healthcare providers to our mental health services. One of the hallmarks of Tandem Telehealth's collaboration with referral sources is our commitment to reporting patient progress and medication changes directly to the referring provider's EMR. This allows referring providers to have real-time insights into their patients' mental health journeys and improves patient outcomes.
