About the Role

As Office Manager, you’ll keep our operations running smoothly while actively contributing to the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Managing office administration and filing
• Bookkeeping and accounts management
• Confidently using Xero for invoicing, reconciliations, BAS preparation, payroll, and reporting
• Supporting management with daily administrative and growth-related tasks
• About You
• Strong background in office administration and bookkeeping
• Excellent knowledge of Xero
• Professional phone manner and clear communication skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• A team player who is invested in the growth and success of the business
• Previous experience in a trade or service-based company (preferred but not essential)
