Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in a fast-growing organisation that’s redefining aged care services? Xanadu is seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the office and support the leadership and wider team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and control office functions, administrative systems, and office personnel.
  • Contribute to the planning, review and continuous improvement of office services.
  • Set priorities and office service standards to support business objectives.
  • Allocate and manage human resources, office space, and equipment.
  • Assign work to staff and monitor performance to ensure efficiency and accountability.
  • Manage office records, accounts, and general administrative documentation.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external professionals and service providers to coordinate office business and resolve issues.
  • Manage physical facilities, ensuring buildings, equipment, and resources are well maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (WHS) regulations.
  • Ensure work practices comply with relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate personnel activities including recruitment support, onboarding, promotions, performance management, payroll coordination, training and staff supervision.

Criteria

  • Proven experience in an Office Manager, Senior Administrator, or Operations Support role.
  • Strong knowledge of office systems, administrative processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating office operations, facilities, and administrative systems.
  • Experience coordinating staff workflows or supervising administrative staff.
  • Knowledge of WHS and governance/compliance requirements, or a willingness to learn.
  • Exposure to payroll coordination and HR administration (highly regarded).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills..
  • High attention to detail, discretion, and strong record‑keeping capability.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems.
  • Qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources, or a related field ( desirable but not essential).
