About the Role
They are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join their team in Müschenbach. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, providing administrative support, and creating an efficient and welcoming work environment. This is a part-time position, but we are open to full-time for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
•    Oversee office operations and ensure a well-organized workplace.
•    Handle administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and ordering office supplies.
•    Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and external partners.
•    Support HR and finance functions, including document management and invoice processing.
•    Assist with event planning, team activities, and travel arrangements.
•    Ensure compliance with office health and safety regulations.
Your Profile
•    Prior experience in an office management, administrative, or similar role is preferable 
•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office tools.
•    Fluent in German (required), with good English skills being a plus.
•    A proactive, hands-on mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
